SpyAlert — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ACGAO, Inc. (“ACGAO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the SpyAlert mobile application and any related services (collectively, the “Service”).

1) We Collect No Personal Data

We do not collect, store, sell, or share any personal information about you. SpyAlert performs on-device analysis to help detect potential surveillance risks. The results of that analysis remain on your device and are not transmitted to us.

2) No Accounts, No Tracking, No Ads

• No user accounts are required or supported.
• No analytics or tracking technologies are embedded in the app.
• No advertising networks are used.

3) Permissions

The Service may request device or network permissions solely to perform its core functions (e.g., local network access for on-device scanning). Permission access is used in real time and is not collected or stored by us.

4) Third-Party Services

Aside from distribution through an app marketplace, the Service does not integrate third-party SDKs that collect personal data. Your use of the app marketplace may be subject to its own privacy terms, which are independent of ACGAO.

5) Children’s Privacy

The Service does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us; however, our design collects none.

6) Data Retention

Because we do not collect or store personal data, we retain nothing. Any information generated by the app remains on your device under your control.

7) Security

While we do not handle personal data, we design the Service to operate locally and minimize data exposure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any information you choose to share from it.

8) Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes that would involve collecting personal data in the future, we will update this Policy and the “Last updated” date above. If you do not agree with any changes, please discontinue use and uninstall the app.
